MORTIFIED is an experimental collaboration between Jenn Goodwin and Camilla Singh. Conceptually, MORTIFIED is a band that uses tap dancing, drumming and cheerleading as its instruments. With references such as heavy metal music, military drumming, choreographic approaches to the drum kits and the sonic possibilities of pom poms, we create shows with location in mind. We create sonic experiences through movement and mayhem, with an emphasis on rhythm and percussion.
